As we begin piloting the Blue Tides Seal in restaurants, we are eager to partner with restaurants interested in increasing patron education and elevating the dining experience.
Learn About the Blue Tides Seal
The Blue Tides Seal identifies oysters from participating farms that provide added environmental value.
Participating farms monitor and report their environmental contributions, including their nitrogen and phosphorus reductions, and meet at least one of the following criteria:
• Deploy clean technology in farm operations
• Engage in reef restoration
• Offer environmental education
